2. What data I collect – and why

*IP addresses are truncated/anonymised before storage in GA so they can no longer identify you.
3. How I store and protect your data
- Data are held on a UK-based server behind Cloudflare's DNS protection.
- TLS/HTTPS encrypts data in transit; at-rest encryption is applied to contact-form backups.
- Access to raw submissions requires multi-factor authentication.
4. International transfers
Google Analytics and Cloudflare may process data on servers outside the UK/EEA. Transfers rely on:
- Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) adopted by the European Commission/UK ICO, and
- Google's and Cloudflare's additional security commitments.
5. Your rights
You can ask me to: access, correct, erase, restrict or port your
personal data, or object to processing.

a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
6. Marketing
No promotional emails are sent today. Should this change, any marketing will be opt-in only and every email will carry an unsubscribe link.
7. Children
This portfolio is not directed at children, but it is suitable for all ages. I do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. Parents may contact me to delete such data.
8. Changes to this policy
Updates will appear here and, where material, I will direct your attention via a site notification.
